La Nina has meant another dry year on NorthCoast"

Well, even I will admit July was a little wet-- 

(Blame it on the Jetstream)

still when you look at the whole year you see the impact of la Niņa conditions for the second year

More interesting is to compare with other BC locals and you see the coast was unique.

While the Coast was having a good winter the interior was not feeling the effect.

Even in as short a distance as Terrace.
