Every summer there are a couple sightings – here it is a juvenile – and perhaps that explains the few sightings – dispersal from another area where nesting took place

Usually all we see is an ‘inspection’ fly by as the peregrine checks out any potential dinner of seabirds

			Serendipitously the sighting was almost on exact same day 25^th thru 27^th of July --- this one was alone and was honing its skills at capturing sea gulls ---- but went hungry for all its efforts
