	Compare this with the latest expert report on Hecate BRITISH COLUMBIA OFFSHORE OIL AND GAS TECHNOLOGY UPDATE (Oct 19^th 2001)

The Yellow in Hecate means it is the least seismically active area in BC. Thus the text chose to give details about the most benign areas while ignoring the worst. Isn’t that the concept of ‘public relations’ not science. (I’ll put the references in later)

At the end of this file I have placed Wave analysis of last large Storm that hit Atlantic Canada (The Michelle hurricane)

Compare the wave heights with typical gale in Hecate.
