Didn't spot it till after comfortably high on beach 

Presumably got there at High tide earlier in day; 

note how difficult it was the day earlier (1.8Meg  MPG)

 Later gets friends

At first only the pups show up; then the adults 

 Bored?

Worked way down shore and into water; I thought leaving but see below -- here is MPG with good resolution head of this sequence

 Later its distinctive coat seen again on beach -- so able to climb up the shore after all --- will make video files of this later

 Here is a seal that looks like it can see me several thousand feet away and gets 'scared' at the camcorder looking at it
