This image shows several of the characters Hyndman uses to distinguish from Siberian Long toed Stint (Calidris subminuta (Middendorff) – including the ‘supercilium’ and lore (both prominent); plus the wide band of “breast streaking’

	Note the ‘broad white wing bar’ which again helps distinguish from similar Siberian Long toed Stint
