Spectacular weather continues

 

High pressure still dominate weather picture

 

Snow Pack

Looks like slightly above normal year In Skeena watershed area (Image left similar to other 3 stations in area

 

Note the 2007 snow year was record high in all 4 stations in area

Skeena River runoff

While some data missing – March April looks to be below (see black arrow) normal (colder temperatures keeping waters frozen in various tributaries?) ---the pink arrow seems to argue ‘record’ runoff (storm event?) last December

Last 30 days precip at PR airport

Fairly dry month if not for the 11th of April where measured 35.5mm at airport

March of spring little late in Hecate

Compare with 2007 at right -- -- note too how Dixon Entrance ‘warmed up’ by 2nd week in April 2008 as compared with 1st of month (blue arrow)
