Interesting
sequence of events here --- the system seems to sit stationary over last 24
hours (as if tied at its SW and NE ends while the middle slowly dissipates
--- because of Jetstream coming to us from AK it reduced temperature enough
to get snow – before rains removed – look back at 13th
image for ‘beginnings of system – note how ‘toe’ at 180W almost
stationary over three images – also the turn in jetstream at 165W |
