Note the upwelling and how it intensifies (July 1^st) off California (3)

Presumably upwelling is source of nutrients – for 2 & 3

These are the anomalies in SST --- off Northern BC it has been cooler than normal for past month – but on 28^th ‘warming up’ – we’ll see if this lasts

	2007 has been a cool year
	We will see if remained of summer remains cool or if heats up --- much like WA and OR coast have been over past month
