Airport pick-up

“We are seeking offers”

I have discussed elsewhere the history of this

“Terrace isn’t the Regional Airport”

It ran thru sev eral councilors ‘questions’ and comments--

‘We can’t support idea Terrace is ‘our airport’

Self styled: Here are several pages where Terrace claims regional significance

Would be interesting to compare stats --

PNG rate increase or decrease??

Another item in the council package that did not make it into the meeting

Hearing January 16th on rate increase (decrease?) Here is a quote from the BC Utilities site: Pacific Northern Gas Ltd--has applied to (“the Commission”) for approval to adjust rates, effective January 1, 2004. ----The Application requests an increase in the gas delivery charge in residential and small commercial rates of about 15 percent effective January 1, 2004.--- PNG has also applied for a decrease in the gas commodity charges of about 20 percent.

Why don’t we hear about these things

Also to Consider PNGs acquisition by Tricor and “Income Trust” Status:

Does this have no local import???

Order No. G-71-03, the Commission approved the acquisition by Tricor Acquisition (STP) Inc. of a

reviewable interest in PNG and in its subsidiary Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. from Westcoast Energy Inc. In the Application, PNG also advised that it is considering conversion of the Company to an income trust structure.

Financial info for PNG; item on Tricor acquisition

BCUC on the transfers etc
