So What is Wrong With City Council? Looks to me like discord – people have to ask each other questions? What happened at the meeting you attended in Vancouver? How come we are just now hearing about a meeting in Terrace?	DISCORD?

What about the LRMP?	Paddy Greene one man show?
	When asked by Kennedy Greene blurted he was “Representing the people of Prince Rupert (not council??) That getting the LRMP table “right” was critical and that meant “equal representation” – Folks these are mainly code words for opposing first Nations and Council allows it to go unchallenged.

And the Mayor??	Is he effective?
	Scott seems to see himself as a wheeler dealer; his forte seems to be smoozing with important people.
