Dear valued employees,
On behalf of the SQCRD board of directors and the Personnel
Committee (Maria Parks, Paddy Greene and myself) we wish to make a
statement regarding recent personnel decisions.
I) Mr. Gregory Fletcher no longer is working for the SQCRD.
2) Due to the financial state of the North Coast Region, the
SQCRD board has decided to discontinue financial support
of the Seafood Coordination Officer as of December 31,
2001.
These decisions were not entered into lightly. We recognize and
appreciate that our employees are the backbone of our different
operations. These decisions were necessary to avoid further, more
drastic reductions in the future.
We would like to tell each and every one of you that further changes are
not being considered. If any of you would like to discuss concerns with
us. the Personnel Committee members are pleased to accommodate you.
