In many ways this year is following 2009 – the dandelions were late that year too and not into middle May

In theory sounds useful—until we remember how sewer and water etc raised almost annually –and then the ‘excess’ $$$ transferred to the operating budget

I am reminded of one Senior who says she has a half bag of garbage biweekly (recycles etc) --- but rate keeps going up

Taxpayer beware	Keep this in mind when ‘they’ ask for borrowing more $$ be it for Fire stations or Potholes

Taken from Budget 2011	Here is another ‘joke’ --- 1.1M$ to retrofit RCMP cells – and the other hand wants to build a new facility

Apply dimmer switches to street lights --- here half the lights are coming on at dusk (bridge to section 2)

Note the streetlight(at yellow arrow) already on --- sometimes goes all day --- and then see the wastefulness of 148T$ ‘dimmers’
