We see

Council meeting tonight

Again the ‘ancient mariner’ giving directions but being ignored

Council meeting tonight

Boring

These people do everything significant in-camera --- starting at 5PM --- I suggest they are doing the budget (see below)

Presumably the NEWLEAD MARKELA

Here to take on Barley ---- using this ‘cruise ship dock’ for cargo ships might be a ‘good’ idea – crew can walk off the ship onto the pier using ships ladder etc

See earlier where ‘ignored’ too – scroll down

Community in Blooms

I don’t remember last year --- but here is 2009 with links to previous-(scroll down page) --- John Farrell replacing Shawn?

Tearing down older houses --- (1001 3rd Ave. W) almost the only point of interest in the evening

This one could be humorous too --- could not find house keys for several ‘inspections’ --- argument centers on how sound the structure – thus able to fix up again etc

Here is first of series in 2006 when Howie first arrived—and here is the City Page of previous Strategic Plans: 2006-8 and 2009-12

Again this should be ‘interesting’

We seem to drag these out around this time of year – vote on them – then forget them until the next year

22T$ left over from 100th Birthday celebration--- so give it to the Jets? ---- Now that is ‘green’ use of $$
What about donating it to Japan quake victims? Or even our own CG Auxiliary to purchase their rescue boat?

‘Back to the Community’??

‘We have $$ to burn’?

This is not how I remember last meeting --- I thought Council requested the Terms of reference first – more later

Item left is from the ‘Minutes’

This ‘excuse’ used almost weekly for last few months

Must be some ‘heavy’ annual report ---that needs so much discussion --- or doing the Budget as I suggested earlier
