media --- subsequently I heard that the fellow was apprehended by several
RCMP officers after a short, violent struggle – Perhaps the same fellow I saw
just earlier on 2nd Avenue – a fellow in 20s who would ‘look
normal’ then all of a sudden start yelling and flailing at buildings --- then
walk ‘normal’ again ---- |

well paid staff and RCMP officers and charge a Citizen 528$ for the same
pass? |
