Sun Wave property

Taxes were paid on this???

Information provided by City Staff

Superimposing lots etc upon an aerial photo

And the ‘correct lots’ supplied by their discussion with Finance

Thus the red hatched lots had taxes paid up by Sun Wave --- go figure

Here is the full picture from which I extracted the above – note numerous ‘lots’ combined on Watson Island for the pulp mill

And there were probably even more lots than this – From the above note that CN property dissects the 2 retained Sun Wave lots

But more importantly—

The dock etc appear to be part of the City owned --- at least the road to dock etc all belong to City – unclear about he status of the water lot

From Skeena Pulp Mill files at City Hall

Over view of Pulp mill ca 1990s --- detail right

Over view of the Pulp mill from earlier drawings –

If the City has it correct which property still owned by Sun Wave then looks like they have exclusive use of some hog fuel and some Rail Road ties

No Nucs please

Radioactive equipment ordered removed – by September 30th

Anyone heard of this before?? Good that these different groups are coming together--- but I don’t remember anything ever coming to City Council on this --- motion at meeting was to have SQCRD be the main proponent for now --- more later
