Green House Gases and PR --- Looks like Recycling and diversion from land fill are the easiest

Is SQCRD free loading off PR Tax Payers? – see last time I discussed ‘purpose’ of SQCRD

Continuing Saga

But first – a funny incident, I wanted to put in an FOI for the SQCRD Chair’s cell phone bills (see previous); I was told I would have to fill out a form first--- the form emphasized no personal information about a 3rd party could be given etc ----

OK, but then I noticed the fee that was to be paid upon application ‘of €15 (€10 if you are a medical card holder)’ –That’s strange ---- then I noticed at bottom of page was printed an URL for Ireland  thus http://www.foi.gov.ie/how-do-i-make-an-foi-request

I think this would be the more appropriate reference http://www.cio.gov.bc.ca/legislation/best_practices/best_practices.asp

While I will go into full details later –below is from the information posted at the SQCRD

It appears either no benefits paid in 2008 or that they have not been included for some reason --- Thus the last time I did this 4 Directors were getting Benefits (Blue Cross etc) totalling over 10T$ (more later) And Expenses usually means only travel, lodging etc

This will take more researching --- have requested the info but---
