We See around town

School kids out for a stroll

Dandelion bloom about over for the season – going to seed

Community Charter Requires

Golf Course Loan guarantee

Here is response to my FOI – Looks like in April 2006 Public Notice was given – but none in June 2008 – thus depending upon the wording of 2006 Notice – suggest this could be contrary to Community Charter – see the October 2008 Archives example to left—which was published in PRDN

Currently one hour free parking on streets in Cow Bay

Looks like this strip added later – for concessions

View from back and side of City owned lot building

City Owned lands – at one time for sale

Note especially the industrial site – like the Innlander – a series of buildings made into one

Equality – Egalite’

These fellows seem to be wanting one to take a survey – but looks like religious material being pushed --- But if shop down street can put up tables and chairs on sidewalk for its customers – then anyone else should be able to use sidewalk too without ‘permission’

While Elderberries in bloom last few days – the Mountain Ash almost ready to bloom --- thus end of Dandelions and beginning of ‘White flowers’ period of spring – more later

Looks like they are late this year too – as were the dandelions etc

Thus in 1999 in full bloom by 19th – and in the warm El Nino year of 2005 they were in bloom by May 10th

More later
