Sold in part in 2009 What effect on loan???	So What is happening with the Museum???

Forgiven $20M?	And what about the 20M$ write down for CityWest??

Elsewhere in the audit says we also loaned CityWest 1.5M$ as of 2008	So we loaned them 20M$??
