tear down the building presumably deadlines not met so City chose to
declare a Nuisance and Hazard and the owner required to remove or demolish
within 30 days more later |

Center Mall was burning Monday afternoon --- when I passed by the fire alarms
still ringing I was told a fire started in the shops downstairs some
material close by a heater ignited presumably quickly extinguished but the
building had to remain evacuated until lall the smoke cleared etc |
