Looks like Rupert area is doing the best recycling in the area on a per capita basis

This fellow (middle of street) is yelling and screaming belligerently at anyone and everyone – including stopping cars – he was soon arrested I was told later by RCMP

Dangerous Drunks --cheap booze and ‘outdoor pub’

The drunk appears to be heading to the ‘outdoor Pub’ – white arrow above

Usually about half dozen people here drinking cheap booze --- wine store conveniently around the corner

Place is becoming the new Innlander --- run down and ‘presumably cheap rent – suggest Pub needs closing and building needs inspections by Fire Dept etc

How different was June 2009?

Was third wettest of the series – but the El Nino year of 2005 was the real outlier – more later

Note the heavy rain events --- the 3 of tem = about 60% of total rainfall for the month
