here is how BC Assessment worked out the value – based upon weight of
concrete in base and steel in wind mill --- thus company had not foreseen how
much it would be Plus
the Bubble and burst since 2006 has made financing hard to find

amounting to 31% of fixed costs |

No
municipal Services – except perhaps the road up mountain– would have to be
sure before any concessions given |

Comparing
tax rates |

Using
the computed assessed value – then figuring out what the taxes would be in
different jurisdictions – BC is second highest using their figures for the 18
windmills generating 27 megawatts |
