Junks on public property

From 3rd Ave

Some those trucks just ‘parking’

One of the key measures last Council was to have all those Derelict Cars sitting around town removed with little expense to owners – shipped out of town to be scrapped (755 crushed) --- and soon the junks begin to accumulate again

Often on Public property – as in the undeveloped lane where arrow (left) points to a truck --- which has Port written on it and still moves

Will everything be OK if the wooden panels repaired so ‘we’ can’t see in at the collection of junk?

What will the Tourist think???

Here is from zoning Map --- undeveloped (12th) street

Off street parking required in zoning Bylaw

I have previously mentioned how if I were to restore my downstairs dwelling I would now have to provide ‘off street’ parking – which would be impossible as no lane access

12th Street

on either side 2nd Ave

And previous where Parking in Zoning Bylaw needs scrutiny

See my previous for undeveloped Boulevards

I have broached topic before (end of this page for example) —how ‘feuding neighbors’ use City to pick on often ‘lower status’ of two--- often by complaining about their yard – or derelict building etc --- partially City fault in that they do not enforce their By-laws until someone makes a complaint – thus duelling neighbors (see here too where enforce downtown parking though)

Funny – when I took above picture

the owner of next door property came out screaming at me that I could not take pictures – he was afraid I was going to report him to city for something or other --- as a neighbour had recently done --- see comments left

See my previous on how many peoples front yards don’t actually belong to them – here social constructs or earlier Boulevards

More on this later
