March 30th

System move in

3 different systems followed

Image above is oldest – system to far left intensifies while one approaching QCIs weakens

Looks like this system dissipating as approaches QCIs (arrow)

Note how dissipated at yellow arrow to pink arrow over 12 hours – and almost gone (blue arrow)

---------------

On 9PM image (right) the 2nd system is along 150W meridian --- its southern ‘tail’ disappearing --- but another system moving in from the North Pacific (white arrow)

First system almost ‘gone’ 1PM (NE of QCI & off California)

Commentary

Highway sign coming into PR

Presumably commenting on the poverty etc in Rupert – see my earlier where use social and economic indicators and finds Rupert consistently in bottom quintile for province

Wind info online

While the display technology a little dated – and one wonders how valuable the info is at this level of generalization – still lots of wind info

Choose Hecate from this page etc
