	(Disturbs their sleep)

And in Burnaby Anti Whistle blowing on Private property IF safety studies funded/ done first

I See 20 to 30 signatures (many have at least 2 people with same home address )

While Chilliwack Bylaw included in petition – note in that town the RR crossings in question have fully automated signs etc – not sure for the Terrace Bylaw
