OCP discussion and Dog Control Bylaw were most informative discussions – with Joy Thorkelson trying to grandfather in conditions or make them less onerous, but lost all the votes – story later

	Green Committee came prepared and will get OCP amended – final wording & readings put off to February meeting – story later
