Interesting dynamics going on here At its most
blatant in the attempt to deal with feral cats At its most
subtle when Financial Officer is researching presenting cat bylaw, transit
increase etc |
|
Here is link
to their web site – more details

A gamble for
the bleacher replacement |
|
|
With
Doug Jay ‘away’ the activity at council meetings split between the CFO and
the Recreation director --- here the pitch is made for more, better seating with
replacement bleachers – I’ll come back to this later – but note here though
the content of the proposal was Curnes would look for other funding – in
reality the city has committed itself to 247T$ if he proves unable to get
other funders – or it would if / when given ‘final’ approval |
