Arrow is to a video camera which I am told is being monitored in Ottawa – (part of the Ports system)

All over town ‘private’ video camera replacing public policing – I’ll return to this theme another day

Town in Decline

This is next to the Innlander – the grocery carts increase in number every few days – now between 15 and 20

Of course we all pay – each cart must be worth at least 75$

But Council and absentee mayor have other priorities
