Note the video cameras -à should have seen this being done – I was recently talking to someone in broad daylight and ‘noticed’ an on duty fireman show up to ‘watch’ within minutes – but that was during daylight hours	Chalk markings cleaned off by Sunday PM

	‘Helpful’ charter boat – remains mum about catch
	Monitors at dock ask returning sporties about their catch – reporting is not obligatory – and I am told this skipper ‘never tells’ --- Below is his vessel soon after letting off the pictured clients --- now where are those rock cod off limits areas?

	Shopping Carts & poverty
	Near Bottle return depot there are maybe 50+ carts thrown over embankment So far most the people I see using the carts have bottles they are returning to liquor stores etc for the deposit – bottles collected from trash bins in alleys etc -- more later What are the alternatives/ Fines? Etc

	Any suggestions? – each cart worth $75+
	The 25c deposit doesn’t seem to work – a Loonie might, but costs stores big bucks to change over, etc
