April 28th	Banners go up
	Council meeting 7-10 pm

CityWest crews put up City directional signs on Sunday; and were putting up the kids art until after 10PM Monday night

(hopefully CityWest donating time & equipment (in lieu of the missing million$?)

Council meeting

Because so much has to be pushed into meeting – the first 2/3rds are used up by public presentations (which would have gone on alternate week when had 4 meetings per month)

Leaving little time or interest for council debates etc (more later)

	All is forgiven
	This artwork was brought to Council meeting to show Herb Pond --- who after his ‘Banner Week’ was back in good with kids and teachers

Community & information presentations

Safe harbours & NHA gave PPT presentations (more later in day)

Surprise – there was even a quorum – with Briglio in PG coming in by land line – (using a very sensitive microphone) so ‘we’ could hear his chatter with companion, rattling papers etc) Still he made some good points during the Budget ‘debate’

Budget debate & Feral Cats are ‘highlights’
