Spring unfolding

March 21st

High pressure brings yet another sunny day

	Warm sunny days
	And all of a sudden the dandelions are in bloom --- this is an especially warm sunny spot with reflective white wall behind and an asphalt parking lot on other side

	And plankton begins to bloom
	The same warm sunny weather allows satellite cameras to see the spring bloom progressing – beginning off Haida Gwaii

	Council’s Budget meeting
	This group people so ‘involved’ that they continued the discussion outdoors after the meeting with council had ended Lots of ideas – and spinning of tires too – Mayor Pond was in his element – and handled the meeting well – allowing dissent while trying to avoid ‘tire spinning’ -- Much of discussion around ‘Reserves’ and when need to repay them – more later in day – along with budget ‘highlights’
