Word earlier was that Sun Wave paid 140T$ -- a ‘new’ Zamboni – and 100T$ in cash	Blue Cross was when changed providers this much refunded
	Pond claims he convinced AK Ferry to pay rent during his last visit – we had been giving it to them free since ‘Blockade’

1) Does this mean Howie and Hesse not drawing their full salary?

2) is stuff like the new dump truck that won’t be purchased

3) We were going to start replenishing ‘Reserves’ this year --- now won’t until next year

4) is projects not done until later

Briglio was pushing for Council to do ‘quarterly budget reviews’ – but Pond seemed reluctant – ‘leave the numbers to the accountants‘ attitude

Give Cote credit: he asked Council to address the 5.1M$ -- and we got the appropriate cries of woe

But I was left asking myself: Would this have happened if Bill Smith still in charge? --- Or Kumar?

Even Tom Ireland (a non accountant) would probably have seen through the 5.1M$ mistake before it happened
