Coast Hotel bought |

This
was the first rumor around town – the group that owned the gaming facility
(‘It is not a ‘Casino’ as there are no tables’) Let’s
call them ‘Treasure Cove’ bought the Coast Hotel from Japanese company
looking to get out of North America --- there is a nice fit here as the PG
group has hotels in PG see my earlier Craig Briere gave a
presentation to Council in November 2005 – Googling his name leads to PG
Treasure Cove Hotel & Casino
(surprised?) In Feb 2005 he was
before the Fort St John City Council on a
similar mission |

was the next Rumor --- presumably one partner bought up the others and then
sold to the PG group |

I said in my ROYOP meets Seal Cove
properties --- the latter represented by Danny Maclean While
latter is son – still it is previous generation liquidating Rupert assets and
next generation of entrepreneurs coming in |

ROYOP entrepreneurs are from PG? And
what is the relation to the PG$ behind the new Subdivision?--- I’ll ‘report’

times this mall has been rumoured to be almost sold ---(latest one said to be
Asian businessman) Too bad the ‘Casino’ $$ did not buy it too as it will be
the more vulnerable to the ‘Big Box’ stores ROYOP promises |
