While PR Residential areas are relatively small imprint on town site – if we look at number of empty lots – just those owned by City or Crown we are talking 200 building lots in section 2 –and 700+ in section 8 etc	Residential areas of PR --- not compact?

	Rupert’s Decline
	Population is now similar to the early 1960s --- while story similar Terrace and Kitimat the decline is not so steep ---- thus Rupert has about 25% fewer people now than at peak

	Closer Look
