	So that is what they do in closed meetings
	I have looked at PR minutes for January 26^th meeting and there was no discussion of LRMP – while it might generically be considered a ‘land matter’ that is not what the Community Charter intends ---- this smacks of Council potentially pursuing private agenda in name of public good

	Car Crusher week of April 23^rd – news to me More significant is the Chinese delegation which presumably notice given to important people – but not us mere plebes
