After
hearing they were to be granted $$ (a transfer from a 10T$ fund in City accounts
to the Recreation accounts --- Kinney told them not necessary for the kids to
sit through whole meeting ---so they left – almost emptying room of all
‘spectators’ |

--- was decided that look at travel expenses already used by councillors and
