Liability issue??—hope those pots are secured as I suspect City would be liable for damages etc

City demands street vendors have 2M$ liability insurance –

Which I suggest is meant to protect local businesses

Does this business have 2M$ liability for that deck and especially the trees on roof?

I suggest City would be liable if not

CN Rushbrook to Seal Cove trail

This sign is at the Seal Cove end of trail –

It has its own humour as it is an obstacle course to reach it --- as reported earlier the snow storm brought down hundreds of trees --- so having heard trail was ‘open’ again – I took a look

	Rushbrook end of trail relatively easy going
	This tree marks the beginning of the rough going

	Now we are talking serious stuff
	But even here and further on it is passable

	This is some of worst
	Some of the fences downed so in places it is walking along edge of drop off – not recommended – hopefully eventually the trail will be taken up by a community group and re-opened
