Can citizens trust him??

Over time I will try to document how the latest Briglio episode is one of a pattern – I heard most recent was paid (unconfirmed) 15T$ to a man to keep him from laying charges (unconfirmed) after hit him in face while intoxicated

Quick Temper and poor judgement

	Take Firing of Janet Beil at SQCRD
	‘not to worry’

Here Janet had reported to Tony (and Pages) the MacDonald episode : his temper tantrum at presumed (wrongfully) interference w District hospital Board – see my previous)	MacDonald episode shows inconsistency
	Tony and to lesser extent QC City Kulesha are the ‘drivers’ in SQCRD—Pond, Pages etc usually appear to follow their lead in discussions etc ---- that becomes a liability when they appear to act expediently rather than from principles

	Minutes ‘altered’
	Again lack of principles --- ‘the ends justify the means’

CBC PR did exemplary journalism by reporting this (latest) Briglio episode while local media shied away Hooray for CBC	If had principles would resign???
