Dangers of slides triggered by heavy rainfalls limit growth

As image left shows there are currently slides around the BC Hydro property

And look at aerial photo shows numerous in area

Previous OCP foresaw sub-division (??)

Slides + Heavy rainfall = Risk

The image shows historical slides around Kaien Island and the dashed line is a tentative no build delineation
