RECOMMENDATIONS:

1.                  Comprehensive Parking Study Proposal

Moved by Councillor Bedard, seconded by Councillor Kinney, “that the Committee recommend that Council support the study and encourage a shortening of the time line”.

CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

2.                  Cow Bay & Downtown Signage and Banners

Moved by Councillor Kennedy, seconded by Councillor Briglio, “that the Committee recommends to Council for the 2006 – 2010 Financial Services Plan to include a signs and banners budget to commence a Comprehensive Directional Signs and Banner Replacement Program and further the Committee recommend Council create a Task Force for this infrastructure program to recommend Directional Signs and Banners Program”.
