What does it mean for PR

As the map above shows Prince Rupert ranks very low in the province – in many ‘risk’ categories it is among the lowest.

Poverty might explain some of that BUT

While this online file contains some of Hertman’s presentation there is more comparison with other north coast communities rather than the provincial picture and thus it is more enlightening

(compare with map at top page here)

These are from different measures – but both show PR is a divided city (poor and richer sections?) – here the “division 2” part of town scores well and “center” and seal cove consistently poorly
