I suspect the city of PR and perhaps Port Edward must be questioning what are the benefits of remaining within the SQCRD

One suggestion is to break up into 2 sub-groups: QCIs as one and mainland as other; similar strategies pursued in ‘90s

No Fish Farms

Here is another irritant/ point of contention—the present PR City Council is pro fish farms while rural and QCIs oppose. They would like to ‘zone’ the farms out of SQCRD

Presumably Harris was making the rounds handing out (confirming) Community Forests—Terrace received one (which is really poor timber in its watershed according to one of my informants)
