Selling off the assets	Local buyer?
	Offer accepted with some caveats like zoning etc

The For Sale sign at the “Bluffs” was only up for one day – then gone and presumably sold.

Ridley Grain laying off?
	Heard the “iron ore pellet” deal fell thru and thus panic --- laying off workers to ‘cope’ until grain starts again

	Are all the PCBs accounted for?
	On going concern – site contained PCBs and Asbestos – now gone. Question remains if all the PCBs were accounted for – some imply up to 50% was ‘lost’ --- others say no just moved to another site.
